Meet Mr. Steve
My name is Steven Olson, and I am the Operations Manager of Combat Drain Cleaning and Septic Services in Clarksville, Tennessee. I am a hardworking, reliable individual who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. I’m the guy who believes there is a solution for every problem and will take the time to figure out what you need and then help you take care of it. You will have peace of mind knowing that you are in capable, professional hands that can provide you with a solution for all your septic and drain cleaning needs.
I am proud to say I’m a Veteran who loved serving our country as an infantry soldier in the Army. My years of military service have given me a strong and dependable work ethic. My experience as a soldier pushes me to always do my best for every customer.
Meet Mr. Kai
He is a certified septic system installer and service technician. This means he is knowledgeable in various aspects of septic system maintenance including pumping, cleaning, and minor repairs. Kai has been in this industry for over 7 years. He has extensive training and knows lots of the tricks of the trade, even inventing his own to fill his toolbox. Kai has a wonderful sense of humor and is currently single. He is great at putting our customers at ease with his expertise and calming demeanor. Kai has a strong work ethic and takes pride in accomplishing every job. He is such an amazing young man to have on our team. We are proud to have him represent our company and community.
Meet Mrs. Ann
Mrs. Ann has been with this company since day one and has over 35 years of experience in Customer Service, Business Operations, and Employee Management. She prides herself on her dedication to customer satisfaction. She is the one answering the phones, taking the time to listen to what every customer needs, and then makes sure they are scheduled with the best technician for the job. Over the years, she has become knowledgeable about septic systems, so she can answer your questions with confidence. She makes it her job to provide you with as much information as possible, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will do everything in her power to figure it out and get back to you. Her mission is to make sure that everyone understands every part of what will be done on the job so there are no surprises.
Meet Ms. Mayling
Mayling graduated from Dominican University of California with a BFA in conjunction with Alonzo King LINES Contemporary Ballet Program. She also has an Associates degree in Communications. Mayling has been working for Combat since 2022. Her role has been helping to answer phones, scheduling jobs, and is part of the social media and marketing team. Her current position in the company is in the Accounting and HR department. She enjoys being behind the scenes and supporting her family’s business is something she takes pride in.
